Return/Exchange Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Item: Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and free gifts and
  2. Return Note: Must be completed to us, once we email you approval only then you can courier the watch back. .

  4. Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange within 5 business days.
