Free Shipping & Delivery Times
We ship from Hong Kong, and most in-stock orders (excluding pre-orders) placed before 2 pm HKT are shipped within 1 business day. We offer free shipping worldwide at our discretion via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Aramex, with international delivery in 2-5 business days.
Customs delays at your destination may occasionally occur, affecting processing times. While we will assist with customs issues to the extent possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping is free; however, customs duties, taxes, or VAT are the buyer's responsibility."

Exchanges & Return Policy
Yes! PAGRANI watches can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt if they are undamaged, unworn, unmodified, and have all original protection tags and stickers attached. The return must include the original PAGRANI gift box, delivery packaging, and all accessories, along with the original purchase documentation from our website. Use FedEx, UPS, or DHL for returns or exchanges; USPS or local postal services are not acceptable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and our shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. We cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.

Initiate a Return, Refund or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange.Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notifying you of the receipt. We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or denied. Warranty Coverage
If your watch develops a mechanical fault within 1 year of receipt, we will be happy to service it free of charge. Only the watch movement, hands, and dial are the covered components during the warranty period. Repairs for other parts may be possible, with a specific fee to be determined by the repair team. If the parts are defective in terms of the material used or craftsmanship, we will determine whether the mentioned parts will be repaired or replaced.

Out-of-Warranty Issues
Our 1-Year International Warranty does not cover the following issues:
• Over-winding hand-wound mechanical watches
• Adjustments made to the date wheel
• Magnetization of the watch movement
• Accidental damage
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, corrosion, or color changes) that does not affect functionality
• Failure to follow the owner’s manual instructions
• Water damage due to improper maintenance of water resistance
• Straps and bracelets
• Intentional or unintentional damage or neglect

Battery Replacement Policy
We do not replace quartz batteries; however, they are generally expected to last about two years.
